By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. syabas99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual person may maintain only one registered account with syabas99. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. syabas99 is entitled to verify the information provided at any time. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 Geographic Restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the syabas99 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. syabas99 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in all locations.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your syabas99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. syabas99 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials confidential.
3.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify syabas99 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. syabas99 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). Before processing any withdrawal, syabas99 requires identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or passport. syabas99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.
3.4 Account Suspension. syabas99 may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is a reasonable belief that the account has been used in breach of these Terms or applicable laws.
4.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit amount at syabas99 is RM 30. Deposits may be made via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online transfer, CIMB, Public Bank, GrabPay, or USDT TRC20. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation. syabas99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
4.2 Withdrawals. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes applicable to your VIP tier. syabas99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or display patterns consistent with fraud or money laundering.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal methods available to a member will correspond to the payment methods used for deposits where operationally possible.
4.4 Currency. All account balances and transactions on the syabas99 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated for specific cryptocurrency transactions.
4.5 Bonus Restrictions. Balances comprising active bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions have been satisfied, as described in Clause 5.
5.1 General. syabas99 offers various promotional offers including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to these general Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each promotion are clearly stated in the promotion description. The general rule is that bonus funds must be wagered the stated multiplier number of times on eligible games before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are offered at syabas99's sole discretion and may be subject to eligibility criteria including minimum deposit amounts, game type restrictions, and geographic restrictions. syabas99 reserves the right to withhold, modify, or reclaim a bonus if there is reasonable belief of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a member's account at any given time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted.
5.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses and associated free spins expire after the period stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonus funds will be removed from account balances automatically.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. syabas99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including where there is a suspected breach of these Terms, a technical error, or where the relevant event or game outcome is already known at the time of placing.
6.2 Erroneous Odds. In the event that obviously erroneous odds, payouts, or bonus terms are published due to a technical or human error, syabas99 reserves the right to void any bets or transactions placed at those erroneous values and to adjust member balances accordingly.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the syabas99 platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and may vary by VIP tier and account status.
6.4 Game Integrity. All casino games made available through syabas99 use certified random number generators (RNG) or are sourced from live dealer studios subject to regulatory oversight. The outcome of all games is determined independently of syabas99.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the syabas99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the syabas99 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any platform content.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, syabas99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions.
9.2 syabas99's total liability to any member arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 syabas99 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing its services where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, acts of government, or force majeure events.
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by syabas99 is governed by the syabas99 Privacy Policy, available at syabas99.lat/privacy-policy. By using the syabas99 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11.1 syabas99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to help members manage their gaming activity.

12.2 syabas99 reserves the right to terminate any account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including breach of these Terms. In cases of material breach — such as fraud, money laundering, or use of prohibited software — syabas99 may withhold balances pending investigation and, where appropriate, transfer information to relevant authorities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through syabas99's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with recognised international arbitration rules. syabas99 is subject to oversight by the relevant international gaming authority under which it holds its operating licence.
